2015 Rail Jam Series
January in Leadville means a fresh start to a new semester and (more often than not) fresh snow on the backyard terrain park. It also means getting ready for the Annual Cloud City Rail Jam. This year, we’ve decided to extend the usual single day Rail Jam into a three part series because more jams are more fun.
Series registration is open to all riders 16+, and there is no registration fee for the first two events. Riders can participate in any and all events and will accumulate points throughout the series. Prizes will be awarded at each event with the grand prize winner announced at the final event, the Annual Cloud City Rail Jam. The first two events will be held in the backyard terrain park (behind Mountain View Residence Hall) and more information for the Cloud City Rail Jam will be announced soon.
This year, we’re adding another modern twist to the classic Rail Jam in Leadville. Participants can earn bonus points by sharing photos of the rail jam on Instagram using the hashtag #LVRailJam15.
